Andrew Murphy Chief Executive Officer
Andrew founded Sláinte Healthcare in 2006. Prior to founding Sláinte Healthcare, Andrew held senior management roles with Henkel, leading major software-led efficiency improvements that delivered major cost reductions and quality improvements. Andrew has a Chemical Engineering degree from Cork Institute of Technology, and a first class honours MBA from Smurfit Business School, UCD.
Berne Gibbons Asia Pacific Managing Director
Berne is responsible for growing Slainte Healthcare’s business within the Asia Pacific region. Berne has over 30 years of experience working within the healthcare industry. She started her career as a theatre nurse at Sydney Hospital and moved into leadership roles in Glaxo Wellcome, Mayne Health, CEO of Central Hospital Supplies then Telstra, where she was responsible for development and delivery of the strategic plan for their healthcare business. Berne believes the role of technology is a key enabler for delivering sustainable healthcare.
Billy Diggin Chief Technical Officer
Billy joined Sláinte Healthcare in 2009 as Chief Operating Officer, where he has responsibility for day-to-day technical operations, new product development, and commercial assessment of new products and markets. Billy now holds the position of CTO, bringing over 20 years of experience in product and business development in electronics manufacturing and software automation. Billy was VP Engineering and VP Business Development for Xsil, Director of Software, Pentus Technologies. He has a Bachelor’s and Masters Degrees in Engineering from the University of Limerick, and a first class honours MBA from Smurfit Business School, UCD.
Canice McKee EMEA Sales Manager
Canice is responsible for growing Slainte Healthcare’s business within the UK and Ireland. During a successful 6 years at Lincor Solutions Canice won many contracts for their bedside computing solution in hospitals across UK, Ireland and the Middle East, developing an understanding of how technology can improve patient outcomes. Canice’s background prior to becoming involved in Healthcare was in the Mobile Communications market, where he held senior global marketing positions with Nokia and sales and marketing roles with BT and Orange. Canice is a Business graduate and is a Member of the Institute of Marketing
David Nash Chairman
David Nash is an experienced entrepreneur. David is also the Chairman of Rendition Digital which provides a wide range of software engineering services to clients world wide. He was the founder and CEO of PeopleSupport which went public on the Nasdaq in 2004. David is an alumni of Columbia University – Columbia Business School, MBA.
Dominic Green Technical Pre-Sales Manager
Dominic has responsibility for overseeing all aspects of interface work between Slaínte products, client sites and 3rd party systems, including scoping, designing and specifying interfaces, designing innovative methods of extracting and utilising data and managing the team which implements and supports the interfaces.
Prior to joining Sláinte Healthcare, Dominic graduated from Liverpool University with a 1st class honours in Computer Science and began a career in the NHS, initially within senior programming roles and later moving into integration, interface development and project management. His primary responsibilities involved acquiring, administering and developing the hospital’s interface engine (Iguana), incubating and piloting innovative projects designed to drive efficiency and patient care, organising multi-disciplinary effort and managing the software development lifecycle for in-house developments.
Jeff Smoot Global Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Jeff joined Sláinte as Global Vice President of Sales & Marketing. He has extensive experience in Healthcare, previously working for companies such as Allscripts, Cerner and Fujitsu Technology Solutions. Jeff was awarded a BSBA by the University of Denver and an MBA from the Loyola College in Maryland in the USA, he has responsibility for the sales and marketing strategy throughout Europe, the Middle East, Australia and the UK.
Jessica Broun UAE Branch Manager
Jessica is Branch Manager of Sláinte Healthcare’s UAE Operation, based out of our offices in Abu Dhabi. Jessica has primary responsibility for the management of the Operational and Administrative functions for our activities in the Middle Eastern region. With over 10 years experience in high value customer and vendor management, as well as a background in FMCG, Jessica brings a wealth of experience to our team, having worked in roles across most business disciplines including sales, marketing, communications, national category and account management. Jessica has represented Slainte at the HIMSS, Hospital Build and Infrastructure and other eHealth conferences in the UAE.
Maeve Noonan Chief Operations Officer
Maeve Noonan joined Sláinte Healthcare in 2008 as a Clinical Analyst, progressed to Project Manager and in 2011 took on the post of Operations Manager. In her current role Maeve is responsible for the overall onsite operations, including product implementation & rollout, onsite services, project management, client communication and managing the onsite Sláinte team to provide all duties to the highest level of client level support.
Prior to this Maeve graduated with a BSC in Chemistry from UCC in 2001. Maeve went on to work in ICON Clinical Research from 2001 to 2007, progressing in her role to Project Manager where she also operated from Israel for 2 years project managing teams in Ireland for worldwide clinical studies.
Oonagh O’Driscoll Global Human Resources Director
Oonagh is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and is studying for an MSc, with the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School in Strategy, Innovation & Change. Oonagh also holds a Bachelor of Business Studies from the University of Limerick. Prior to working for Sláinte Healthcare, Oonagh worked as HR Director in Canada Life for more than 17 years.
Susan Ryan Financial Controller
Susan joined Sláinte Healthcare in 2012 as Financial Controller. Susan is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and holds a Bachelor of Business Studies from the University of Limerick and a diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards from Chartered Accountants Ireland. Prior to joining for Sláinte, Susan worked as a Management Accountant for Sony Music Entertainment, Aviva plc as a Financial Accountant and the National Treasury Management Agency as an Internal Auditor.
